Toddler plays carefree, flailing his little arms. Looks at world with bubbling curiosity- whole world is a gift to be unwrapped.
On grounded tiny legs bouncing up and down, toddler shrieks with joy. Eyes glowing with nascent light of pure happiness- like morning sun in cloudless sky.
Looking at him I wonder-oh! That’s life in human form. That’s unadulterated life, of a child- The farthest point from death; where, it hasn’t learnt to fear yet.
Life so pure that momentarily my fear vanishes too, I bless the child; but, In truth it blesses me right back, by keeping on playing carefree.
Life, to become big must live in shadow of death; far away from fear of death It remains pure joy, but always a toddler.
